I'm an Industrial Engineer by training, and I've spent my career working in planning, strategy, organization, operations, and people management. For more than 14 years, I've worked in Operations and Human Resources in the professional cleaning industry. That experience taught me that exceptional service doesn't have to be complicated. It comes from having the right people, clear processes, attention to detail, and consistently doing what you promise.

But MERA HOME also comes from something much more personal.

I've always been meticulous about my own home. Over the years, friends and visitors would often tell me that my house looked "staged." They noticed the cleanliness, the organization, and the little details that made it feel welcoming — even in a busy home with children. Many would ask for decorating advice, and some would even joke that they wanted to hire me to do the same for their homes.

I realized that what I loved wasn't simply having a clean house. I loved creating a home that felt beautifully put together — clean, comfortable, organized, and ready to be enjoyed.

That feeling became the inspiration for MERA HOME.

I wanted to combine my professional experience in the cleaning industry with the standards I've always had for my own home: thoughtful attention to detail, consistency, organization, and care.
